Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive support to the legal team on trade mark and design matters.
  • Handling trade mark filings, renewals, and oppositions.
  • Conducting research related to trade mark and design laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining and updating the trade mark database.
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Liaising with clients and external parties.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trade Mark Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in Law or a relevant field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of trade mark and design laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using legal databases and software.
