With an established presence across multiple sectors, they are now focused on expanding their Assembly and Prefabrication division to meet the growing demand for customised, high-quality electrical solutions.Job DescriptionThe Technical Sales Manager will:-Manage Relationships: Continue to manage and develop key customer relationships across the group at a UK and European level.Drive Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand their customer base in key markets.Develop Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored assembly and Prefabrication solutions.Collaborate: Partner with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Strategise: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.Lead with Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage your technical knowledge to provide innovative and competitive solutions.The Successful ApplicantThe Technical Sales Manager will:- Ideally have a proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the electrical or related industries.Possess a strong understanding of assembly and prefabrication processes and solutions.Be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders at various levels.Be a proactive and self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.Be able to travel frequently on a national scale with ad-hoc visits to the site in Southampton.
