They are seeking a Technical Manager with strong retailer and supplier experience to lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally with innovation and hygiene teams, to maintain the highest standards. They have huge growth plans and are already multisite!

Job Description

  • Help lead the Technical function - report into the Head of Technical
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Be involved in the auditing process - whether that be internally or when retailers come on site.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Manager should have:

  • Degree in Food (preferred)
  • HACCP Level 4
  • BRC experience
  • Retailer experience
  • Food Safety Level 4
