About Our Client
Team Leader working for a not for profit organisation in the East Midlands. The role is Monday to Friday, however, requires an out of hours service on a rota basis.

- Based between Derby & Nottingham, must be able to travel to both locations

Job Description
Team Leader:
- Provide line management to 4 direct reports through performance management, training, and meetings
- Supervise on complex and high-risk cases, ensuring policies are implemented and quality service
- Oversee operational emergencies and ensure high standards of casework.
- Oversee the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults, and support staff to ensure that they are able to identify and action accordingly
The Successful Applicant
- Previously worked in the not for profit sector desirable
- Ideally managed community outreach services for vulnerable people
- Previously line managed a team of staff
- Safeguarding knowledge or qualification
- Able to manage budgets
