Job Description

  • Lead and manage client engagements related to global mobility and expatriate tax issues.
  • Provide comprehensive tax advice to international assignees and their employers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.
  • Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections and project budgets.
  • Participate in business development initiatives.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality tax service in the professional services industry.
  • Develop and guide junior staff by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are met.
  • Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Manager - Global Mobility Services should have:

  • ACA / CTA / ACCA or ATT qualified
  • Professional services experience,
  • A high level of competency in managing multiple client engagements.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a team-focused mentality.
  • Strong knowledge of tax law and global mobility.
  • Proven business development skills and client relationship management.
  • Full UK working rights.
