Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Continually improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events and recruitment fairs.
  • Manage recruitment data and generate reports as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time Talent Acquisition should have:
