They have a solid reputation for excellence and are committed to providing superior services to their esteemed clients.Job DescriptionCoordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.Manage the recruitment process including agency liaison, conducting interviews, short-listing and the selection of candidates.Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.Organise recruitment/careers events to build a strong candidate pipeline.Responsibility of managing all recruitment effectively through the Recruitment module on SuccessFactors.Building and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties/suppliers.Assist the Head of HR and Senior HR Business Partner with providing advice and guidance to management on resourcing matters.HR projects as and when required.Involvement in Learning and Development initiatives and be responsible for administration and monitoring of internal and external training.The Successful ApplicantUp to three years' experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Advanced administration skills, with a high degree of numeracy and literacy.Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong personal organisation and time management skills.High degree of discretion and ability to preserve absolute confidentiality.Experience of working with HR Database / recruitment portalWhat's on OfferA salary range of £35,000 - £45,000, plus benefits.A supportive and collaborative company culture.Generous holiday leave.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A vibrant and inclusive work environment.Your expertise as a Talent Acquisition Officer in the financial services industry will be greatly valued in our organisation.
