They will manage senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective collaboration that meets business needs. Leading a team, they'll foster a high-performance culture, align individual performance with strategy, and manage coaching, appraisals, and development. The manager will also deliver a personal acquisition target, contributing to placements and pipeline building, while promoting a collaborative team environment.
