Our client a leading Investment Management firm based in the city of London are recruiting for a Sustainability Associate - Investment Management to join their growing team. This role will report directly to the Head of Sustainability to ensure that the firm meets their Sustainability commitments across the business.

Job Description

The Sustainability Associate - Investment Management will be responsible for:



  • Completion of reporting aligned with sustainability commitments made by the business, including PRI, B Corp and NZAM.


  • Proven relevant financial services experience ideally in private markets
  • Experience or understanding of carbon emissions reporting, NZAM reporting and TCFD production.
  • Knowledge of ESG analysis frameworks and best practice, experience in social and/or governance frameworks preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in sustainability, environmental economics or related subject
  • Relevant financial and academic background.
  • Experience or understanding of PRI and/or B Corp.
  • Experience or understanding of sustainability-related regulation.


  • Updating of sustainability related policies applicable across the business


  • Completion of reporting commitments - annual sustainability reporting and product reporting, including work on TCFD reporting.

The Successful Applicant

The Sustainability Associate - Investment Management should have the following skills:

  • Proven relevant financial services experience, ideally in private markets
