Job Description

  • Strategising and implementing procurement policies and processes.
  • Managing subcontract procurement and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the supply chain team to optimise procurement processes.
  • Analysing market trends and applying insights to procurement strategies.
  • Resolving any issues or discrepancies with subcontractors.
  • Contributing to sustainability initiatives within the procurement process.
  • Reporting on procurement performance and making recommendations for improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Subcontract Procurement Lead should have:

  • NEC3/NEC4 experience
  • Proven experience in procurement of subcontractors
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • A commitment to sustainability and ethical procurement practices.
