Job Description

  • Leading and implementing logistical solutions within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Driving efficiency in logistics processes.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align with company goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company and their customers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solutions Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a warehousing solutions design role within the transport & distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Autocad, CLASS or Sketchup experience is advantageous
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to drive efficiency and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
