Job Description

The Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a caseload of high-value RTA serious injury claims.
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with medical experts and rehabilitation providers.
  • Negotiating settlements and representing clients in hearings.
  • Contributing to the development of junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

The Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with 1+ PQE in serious injury or personal injury law.
  • Experienced in handling high-value RTA claims.
  • Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What's on Offer

Salary between £33k - £41k dependent on experience plus benefits and remote working.
