This role is for a talented and creative Social & Paid Media Lead who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our client's online marketing strategy in the industrial/manufacturing industry. The position is based in Exeter and will require a comprehensive understanding of social media trends and paid media strategies.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement innovative social media and paid media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and agency team to create engaging content.
  • Track and analyse the performance of social and paid media campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with the sales team to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage budgets for all social media and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners.
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the company's brand and values.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Social & Paid Media Lead should have:
