Job Description

  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and cost control to drive profitability
  • Partner with Site Management to enhance operational and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Oversee SAP systems and IT operations for seamless financial reporting
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team



The Successful Applicant

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA)
  • Proven experience in manufacturing finance
  • Strong expertise in SAP, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills



What's on Offer

  • Salary circa £70,000-£80,000, experience dependent
  • Discretionary bonus based on personal & company performance
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & the option to buy an additional 5
  • Hybrid working, minimum 3 days per week in the office
