We are currently recruiting two Senior Sourcing Manager roles on behalf of a leading London-based healthcare organisation. About the RoleAs a Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex sourcing activity aligned with strategic objectives, governance standards, and stakeholder priorities. You will act as a professional lead for sourcing initiatives, supporting category management and delivering value through end-to-end procurement planning and execution.You will report to the Head of Sourcing and collaborate closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues across the wider procurement function to ensure delivery of high-impact, compliant, and value-driven outcomes.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sourcing strategies and plans aligned with category goalsLead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from project initiation to contract awardEnsure compliance with procurement regulations and internal governance frameworksMentor and support junior team members and provide leadership on best practiceProactively engage stakeholders to align sourcing outcomes with organisational prioritiesDeliver against key performance metrics and contribute to ongoing improvement initiativesThe Successful ApplicantIdeal Candidate ProfileSignificant experience in a strategic procurement or category management roleExpertise in sourcing within public sector environments, particularly healthcare or complex regulated industriesStrong knowledge of modern procurement approaches, category planning, and total cost of ownership (TCO) principlesProven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levelsSkilled in data analysis, negotiation, and strategic deliveryMCIPS qualified (or working towards) or equivalent experience preferredNHS/public sector procurement experience is advantageous but not essentialWhat's on OfferWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of £61,927Inner London allowance (20% of basic salary, subject to a minimum of £5,414 and a maximum of £8,172)Flexible working arrangementsExposure to high-profile procurement programmes across an integrated care systemDevelopment and leadership opportunities in a progressive, values-driven teamInterested?
