Job Description

  • Oversee all financial aspects of the assigned projects
  • Conduct cost analysis and set benchmarks for costs
  • Prepare tender and contract documents
  • Perform risk and value management to control expenditure
  • Allocate work to subcontractors and oversee their work
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals
  • Manage bills and invoices, ensuring all payments are made on time
  • Ensure all projects are completed on budget and to good quality standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or working towards it
  • Experience in construction projects, preferably in the property industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quantity Surveying software
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and teamworking skills
