Job Description

The team are looking to make a hire which will be at least Senior Associate level. This is to join a national and leading Planning team. So if you have extensive Planning experience and are looking for a new firm then this could be a great opportunity for you.

The firm work in a hybrid manner and there are leading benefits and competitive salary on offer. It's a great chance to be part of a truly leading team.

The team are looking for somebody with specific experience on the Consenting side of things - so this would involve a strong working knowledge of:

  • compulsory acquisition/purchase
  • Planning Act 2008
  • Transport and Works Act 1992,
  • Town and Country Planning Act 1990



You'll be working alongside leading lawyers in the field and there is busy caseload of top quality work.

The Successful Applicant

As this is an experienced hire, it's likely that you will have at least 5 years' experience in this area - our client is happy to look at candidates at all levels of PQE.
