Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordinating, and supervising activities.
  • Lead and manage the operations team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Ensure legal and safety compliance in all project activities.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Operation Manager should have:

  • Relevant educational background, ideally in construction or property related fields.
  • Proven working experience in project management in the Construction Industry
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong ability to manage, direct and coordinate operations.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
