Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialised marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling content for both digital and traditional marketing platforms.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.
  • Support the development of new marketing strategies to align with the organisation's goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years experience
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the leisure, travel, retail or hospitality industry.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • The ability to analyse data and translate insights into effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and CRM platforms.
  • A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
