Job Description

Senior Manager - IS / IT Transformation

  • Lead and manage large scale IS / IT Transformation projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and align technology solutions accordingly.
  • Be accountable for driving the strategic transformation of IS/IT operations systems, services, and practices to support the organisations growth.
  • Provide strategic oversight for technology initiatives within the energy sector.
  • Facilitate the integration of new technologies into existing systems and processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

Senior Manager - IS / IT Transformation

A successful Senior Manager - IS / IT Transformation should have:

  • A strong educational background in technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IS / IT technology transformation projects / programmes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry or similar complex, regulated environments.
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
