Key responsibilities include:Providing legal updates and internal briefings on insolvency and restructuring lawMaintaining and developing precedent documents and know-how resourcesSupporting legal research and responding to technical queriesContributing to training programmes and client-facing materialsCollaborating with other Knowledge Lawyers across practice groupsSupporting innovation in legal service deliveryThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have:Qualification as a solicitor in England & WalesSignificant experience in non-contentious restructuring and insolvencyStrong legal research, drafting, and communication skillsA collaborative, client-focused approachPrior PSL experience or a clear interest in knowledge managementInterest in legal tech and innovationWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary package ranging from £75,000 to £100,00 per annum (3 day working week), depending on experience and location.Permanent position within a well-respected professional services organisation.Generous holiday leave and opportunities for professional development.Supportive and collaborative company culture with a focus on excellence.This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Knowledge Lawyer - R&I to make a meaningful impact within the legal department of a professional services organisation.
