About Our Client

The client is a Not for Profit organisation in Wolverhampton.

Job Description

As Senior HR Business Partner you will be responsible for;

  • Partnering with managers and directors in the organisation
  • Working closely with the wider HR team including other BPs, ER, Recruitment etc.
  • Working closely with managers to develop line manager capability
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Support with developing policies and procedures
  • Drive EDI agenda across assigned division
  • Lead on talent management initiatives
  • Provide expert HR advice on best practices, policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have;

  • CIPD qualification L7
  • Proven track record at Senior Business Partnering level within larger Public Sector or Not for Profit
  • Strong in employee relations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good experience leading strategic HR initiatives
  • Line management experience
