This role requires an experienced HR professional adept at influencing leadership, managing change, and delivering impactful HR solutions that support the organisation's growth and operational goals.Key Responsibilities include;Strategic HR Leadership:Collaborates with senior leaders to design and implement a comprehensive people strategyProvides expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and succession planningOrganisational Development:Leads initiatives to foster a high-performance culture through engagement programmes and leadership developmentOversees the design and delivery of change management strategies to support organisational transformationEmployee Relations and Well-being:Advises on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practicesPromotes employee well-being and contributes to an inclusive and positive workplace cultureHR Projects and Innovation:Drives innovation in HR by leading projects focused on diversity and inclusion, reward frameworks, and digital transformationUtilises HR metrics to provide insights that influence decision-making at the senior levelStakeholder Engagement:Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and serves as a proactive and influential advisorWorks collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver high-quality, consistent HR serviceYou will be based in their Liverpool office. You will need to be available to be in an office environment for 3 to 4 days per week - with flexibility to working hours when needed.
