Job Description

  • Review and approve garment specifications and fit for production.
  • Ensure all samples meet the required quality and design standards.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to address technical challenges.
  • Conduct garment fittings and provide actionable feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the testing and inspection of fabrics and trims.
  • Provide technical guidance to suppliers to ensure production accuracy.
  • Monitor and resolve any production or quality control issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Garment Technologist should have:

  • A strong background in garment technology within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in garment construction, pattern cutting, and fabric testing.
  • Experience in managing product quality and technical standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
