Job Description

  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis process for the organisation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather and analyse financial data.
  • Create detailed financial models and forecasts.
  • Present financial reports to senior management and make informed suggestions.
  • Identify potential areas for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to Life Science.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior FP&A Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and modelling.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
