Their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation has made them a leader in their industry.Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst will have a key role within the organisation with duties including:Providing finance guidance, reporting and analytical support.Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting of gross margin (revenue and cost of sales).Providing insights and analytics to influence revenue and margin performance.Assisting in executing pricing loads in SAP, consolidating and reporting on pricing and supporting ad-hoc analytical requests.Month-end requirements: accruals, intercompany and ad-hoc provisions as required, reporting, providing commentary on key revenue linesCultivates finance/business relationships, which includes learning the business, responding to evolving priorities and understanding the impacts of decisions on key stakeholdersAssisting with interim and year end audit work as requiredContinuous improvement of existing processes and key role in development of short term forecasting on a rolling basis, tracking sales expectations and assumptions.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Financial Analyst should have:Be looking to qualify in CIMA/ACCA in the near future or newly qualifiedProven experience in a similar analytical role within a large complex organisationStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suiteA proactive approach and the ability to work independentlyWhat's on OfferA competitive salary, with a range of £50,000-55,000 per annumOpportunity to work in a hybrid modelA supportive and professional company cultureGenerous holiday leave packageOpportunity to work in the vibrant Oxford area, with parking on site.We encourage all candidates who believe they can fulfil these responsibilities to apply.
