We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Finance Business Partner to drive the financial planning and analysis within the Accounting & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead financial discussions, influence strategic decisions, and work closely with non-finance stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Partner with stakeholders to drive financial performance and decision making.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports and business metrics.
  • Perform financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with finance policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor financial controls and systems.
  • Provide financial insights to support the decision-making process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Experience in a similar role within the business services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive financial performance and manage budgets.
