Job Description

  • Financial Strategy & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insights, challenge assumptions, and optimise investments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyse financial data, track KPIs, and recommend actions to ensure business targets are met.
  • Project Oversight: Support key initiatives, including ERP implementation, ensuring financial governance and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of management accountants, fostering talent and driving continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. They thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment, confidently engaging with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making. Strong analytical skills, financial modelling expertise, and the ability to challenge and influence at all levels are essential. Experience in managing teams, supporting large-scale projects (such as ERP implementation), and optimising financial performance will set them apart.
