The team are in the office twice a week in central London.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital marketing and engagement strategies to drive audience growth and retention.
  • Develop social media strategies, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and optimised for performance.
  • Coordinate and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital campaigns with organisational goals.
  • Maintain and update the website, ensuring it remains user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Stay informed about digital trends to propose innovative engagement solutions.
  • Ensure all digital communications comply with relevant standards and guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Digital Engagement Officer should have:

  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing and communications activities.
  • Desirable: previous work experience within the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in website content management systems.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Ability to interpret analytics data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
