Job Description

  • Lead the design process, ensuring designs are practical and meet project objectives.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients to establish design requirements.
  • Oversee the production of detailed design drawings.
  • Ensure design projects stay within budget and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.
  • Act as a mentor to junior design staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Design Manager should have:
