Job Description

  • Lead a team of data analysts to provide insightful data analysis for company-wide decision making.
  • Implement data analytics tools and strategies to improve data collection and interpretation.
  • Communicate data analysis results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in databases.
  • Drive the training and development of junior data analysts in the team.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand and fulfil their data analysis needs.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Use predictive modelling to increase and optimise customer experiences.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Data Analyst should have:

  • An educational background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Tableau & SQL
  • Experience in managing a team of data analysts.
  • Strong knowledge of data modelling and predictive modelling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and database software.
