Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Senior Credit Controller will include:

  • Oversee the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Develop and implement effective credit policies in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor aged debts and reduce debtor days by driving efficient recovery processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to address payment queries and ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit performance and outstanding accounts for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
  • Supervise and mentor the credit control team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls in all credit-related activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:

  • Proven experience in credit control.
