Job Description

The Senior Corporate Solicitor will be:

  • Advising on a full range of corporate matters, including M&As and joint ventures.
  • Handling reorganisations, restructures, and disposals for clients across various sectors.
  • Developing strong client relationships and providing expert legal guidance.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • Contributing to the growth and success of the corporate department.



The Successful Applicant

The Senior Corporate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law, ideally within an international law firm.
  • Experienced in M&As, disposals, restructures, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
  • Able to manage complex transactions and work with high-profile clients across multiple sectors.
  • Excellent communicator with strong client management skills.
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take the next step in their legal career.
