The business is based in the wider Bradford area.Job DescriptionThis is a hands-on role and will play a key role in driving business performance forwards. The Senior commercial finance manager will be primarily responsible for:Managing the Commercial Finance team including 1-2-1s, coaching, hiring and performance managementProduction of monthly management accounts/leading the month-end processManage the budgeting and forecasting processProviding added value and commercial insight to the businessDaily/weekly/monthly KPI reportingOwning Balance Sheet accounts and improving controlsIdentifying and implementing cost saving initiatives across finance and the wider businessThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Senior commercial finance manager should have a background in commercial finance/FP&A and ideally retail/ecommerce.
