Job Description

  • Specialise in financial management, focusing specifically on service charge operations.
  • Influence across all levels, high stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead on the financial planning and reporting.
  • Develop reporting services in line with needs of service charge management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience of service charge is essential, ideally within property or a HA
  • Qualified accountant
  • Strategic thinking ability
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Excel
  • Knowledge of Sun and D365 is a bonus
