Job Description

The Roles

  • BDM - Estate Agents: Focused on building and nurturing relationships with estate agents to integrate value-added conveyancing tools.
  • BDM - Mortgage Brokers: Dedicated to developing new business and partnerships within the financial mortgage brokering sector.



Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Develop and manage your own activity, visiting customers and promoting innovative solutions that simplify and streamline the conveyancing process.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored value propositions.
  • Consultative Sales: Navigate a complex sales cycle, positioning solutions as essential tools for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the property buying cycle.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of estate agents or mortgage brokers to identify opportunities and provide meaningful insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in new business development, selling product or service to the estate agency or mortgage brokering sectors.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to sell value-added services or platforms through understanding client challenges and presenting effective solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
