Job Description

As Senior Associate you will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of employment matters.
  • Attend / Represent at Tribunal hearings for: unfair dismissal, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy.
  • Provide representation at internal client hearings such as disciplinaries, dismissals, grievances, appeals and investigations.
  • Provide written and verbal advise in litigated and non-litigated matters.
  • Contribute to business development and build positive relationships across the firm.



The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have 5+ years experience as a Solicitor or CILEx and have:

  • Advocacy experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Good client care skills.
  • The ability to supervise and inspire others.
