Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase the company's market share
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Providing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
  • Setting objectives, training and monitoring performance of the sales team
  • Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
  • Reporting on sales results, market conditions and competition to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience of selling into hospitality
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
