Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximise performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within the SaaS or IT Channel
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through sales individuals
  • Experience of managing 6+ individuals at different experijence levels
  • Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to commute to Manchester 2 days a week
