Job Description

  • Manage a team of account managers.
  • Improve contract retention and renewal
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and mentorship to Account Managers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Promote a positive and professional sales culture within the team.
