We are seeking a Sales Ledger / Credit Controller to join our clients Accounting and Finance team. This permanent role offers an opportunity to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate credit control processes.

About Our Client

Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.

Job Description

  • Oversee the sales ledger and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor and manage credit control processes to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address payment queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports on outstanding debts and account statuses.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with general ledger tasks as needed.
