About Our Client

Michael Page are working with a growing business who currently have an opening within their Credit Control team. The business operate across a number of sites, and the role will look after 26 plants.

Job Description

Sales Ledger Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices ensuring they meet legal and tax requirements in accordance with HMRC regulations
  • Processing credit notes to the same criteria as above
  • Checking and processing self bills and communitating any issues to local regional contacts
  • Uploading invoices in a timely manner onto portals and portal auditing
  • Checking admin inboxes and dealing with queries as necessary
  • Producing reports using SAP and Excel
  • Updating Systems with changes to customer details
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will have:

  • Previous administration experience - Required
  • Experience within a finance setting - Desirable
  • Good communications skills written and verbal - Required
  • High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
  • Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines - Required
