Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, service team/account managers ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient processes.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and managing key accounts.
  • Handle customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Providing phone and email support to customers - with a focus on quality, not volume

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Coordinator should have:

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong organisational skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
