Offering an excellent working environment and un-rivalled benefits, they are recognised for their focus on employee welfare and commitment to maintaining high working standards.Job Description As the Risk Specialist, your role responsibilities will include:Enhance risk management: Play a pivotal role in maintaining, embedding, and enhancing the risk management framework ensuring consistent promotion throughout the organisation.Support risk owners: Assist risk owners in accurately articulating and scoring their risks, identifying mitigating actions and controls to manage these risks effectively.Engage with local risk leaders: Support Local Risk Leader's Group by participating in meetings, responding to training requests, and sharing risk management information and guidance. Look for opportunities to enhance the group's effectiveness and collaboration.Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key business areas, acting as a 'critical friend' by providing advice, challenge, support, and guidance on risk matters.Promote risk appetite: Advocate for the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), helping the organisation understand and apply it as a decision-making tool.
