Job Description

  • Develop and implement internal audit strategies in line with the organisation's objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and present findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to strengthen internal controls.
  • Lead and manage audit and risk management projects.
  • Review and update the organisation's risk management framework as needed.
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide advice and guidance on risk management and internal control practices.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Risk and Internal Audit Manager' should have:

  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIA.
  • Proven experience in risk management and internal auditing in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in audit and risk management software.
