Job Description

  • Oversee risk and compliance matters within the firm.
  • Ensure the firm's adherence to legal and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with different teams for risk assessment.
  • Implement risk management strategies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of compliance processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
  • Manage reporting to stakeholders on risk and compliance issues.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's risk and compliance culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Risk and Compliance Secondment should have:

  • Experience with litigation or dispute management, particularly in risk and compliance.
  • Prior exposure to the finance or investment management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of risk and compliance regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Ideally available on short notice.
