Job Description

  • Achieve sales targets through customer retention & up-selling.
  • Liaising with internal team to help assist the customer.
  • Effectively fact find from the customer to better understand their concern.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products & services on offer to the customer.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business to contribute to the overall goals of the sales team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retention's Agent should have:

  • A strong background in retention's/telesales is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet
  • Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices
  • A strong work ethic and a passion for sales
