Job Description

  • Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and contracts related to residential property transactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on real estate properties and related legal matters.
  • Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Maintain and organise legal files and case management systems.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Draft correspondence and other communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Real Estate Paralegal should have:

  • An academic background in Law, ideally with a focus on real estate or property law.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal position.
  • Knowledge of legal research techniques and legal terminology.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
