Job Description

As a locum associate, you will:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of finance documentation
  • Advise clients strategically across all stages of transactions
  • Manage deal execution and coordinate with specialist and local counsel
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership



The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in real estate finance and/or corporate lending
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially minded and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border matters
