Job Description

The Residential Property Solicitor will:

  • Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases files
  • Handle remortgages and new build transactions with high net worth clients
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring efficient and smooth processes
  • Work closely with a retiring Partner and take over a significant caseload
  • Receive secretarial support for document management and client communications



The Successful Applicant

The Residential Property Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 5 years' PQE in residential property
  • Experienced in handling freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and new builds
  • Skilled in working with high net worth clients
  • Able to manage a busy caseload with autonomy and responsibility
